Stephanie Pratt, annoying sidekick on The Hills and sister of Spencer Pratt , reached a plea deal with Los Angeles prosecutors in her DUI case Thursday. The 23-year-old was sentenced to three years’ probation, completion of a 12-week alcohol education program, as well as three AA meetings a week.
