Usmagazine.com has obtained a copy of Michael Jackson ’s official death certificate, which lists his cause of death as “deferred,” as toxicology tests are still underway. The certificate also says that Forest Lawn — the site of a private viewing Monday and a family service Tuesday — has “disposition” of the singer’s body temporarily.
