Well guys, Anne Hathaway’s private diaries were cofiscated by the FBI earlier this week, as a part of an ongoing investigation of wire fraud, conspiracy and money laundering against her ex boyfriend Raffaello Follieri.

According to the United States Attorney’s Office, Follieri misappropriated ??ohundreds of thousands of dollars in investor money to live a luxurious lifestyle, including expensive restaurants and clothes; dog walking services; an apartment in Manhattan that leased for approximately $37,000 per month; medical expenses for his girlfriend at the time and his parents, including a ??~house call’ by Follieri’s physician, which cost $30,000.???

They broke up just days before he was arrested at the end of June. She hasn’t been involved in any of his alleged crimes.

According to Forbes, Jennifer Aniston, the 39-year-old actress earned more than Angelina Jolie in 2007. She raked in $27 million in 2007 while Jolie earned only $14 million. The top spot was claimed by Cameron Diaz, who took in $50 million. Keira Knightly pulled in $32 million beating out Aniston.

On the other hand, men still made more than the women overall. Will Smith earned $80 million, Johnny Depp netted $72 million while Eddie Murphy and Mike Myers both took in $55 million. Leonardo DiCaprio banked $45 million.

You won’t belive this, Kev Federline just got named the father of the year by Last Vegas club Prive. He was very surprised when it heart about this prize. To celebrate, he had a quiet night at the club, chiling with friends and pumping his fist into the air when Timbaland’s “They Way I are” was played by the DJ.

Prive presented Federline his Father of the Year trophy “someplace quiet” at the dad-of-four’s request, so clubgoers didn’t see the ceremony, according to a source.

Well, you know, no marriage, no problem! That’s exactly what Jenna Jameson wants to do. Her idol in this thing seems to be pregnant-with-twins star Angelina Jolie.

“I think I’m gonna stay unmarried, and just go for the babies!” Jameson, 34, declarred at Maxim’s Hot 100 bash in L.A. Wednesday. I’m following in Angelina’s footsteps! We’re trying for a baby, so hopefully in the next couple of months!” she added. Why is she so over saying “I Do?” Two failed marriages,” she said. “[Marriage] is really just a piece of paper.”

Previsiously, Jameson was married with Brad Armstrong (they split in 2001) and with film studio owner Jay Grdina (they split in 2006). But things are going well in her relationship with boxer Tito Ortiz, as she declrade.

I know is hard to belive, especially for Winehouse’s fans but it isn’t a rumor, it’s a fact. Amy was arrested Wednesday in connection with a January video that allegedly shows her doing drugs at a party at her north London home.

Winehouse’s spokesman, Chris Goodman, confirmed the news :

“Amy Winehouse voluntarily attended a London police station today by appointment. She was arrested in order to be interviewed and is cooperating fully with inquiries,” Goodman said in a statement. The interview relates to a video handed to police earlier this year,” he said.

We all have to agree that Amy Winehouse had a turbulent private life as last month she was cautioned by police for assault after she slapped a man. But that’s not all. Her release on police bail means she has not been charged with an offense, but that officers can recall her for more questioning at any time.
